Framed Glass Etching - 1920s

WA016 - I really don't know what this is, how it's made or how old it is! The artwork "drawing" (?) is on the back of glass. I mounted the glass to matte board many years ago. The frame is 14.25" x 10.5". The actual artwork is 5.5" x 8". It looks old, but...
